For any booking made using the WYN rate code for 2008 we have once again negotiated a US$1.00 per room night incentive with Intercontinental Hotel Group,Hilton Hotels,And New for 2008,Wyndham Hotel Group.

WYNDHAM HOTEL GROUP-BEST FLEXIBLE RATE AT 6,500 HOTELS

Ramada,Days Inn,Howard Johnson,Wingate,Travelodge(Usa+Canada),Amerihost,Baymont Inn,and Super 8 properties.

The above hotel chains have extended flexible  pricing for 2008,the WIN rate available via the GDS systems will be flexed at 5% below the bar (Best Available Rate of the Day) being offered by the individual properties.

Wyndham Hotel and Resorts and Corinthia properties

The above hotel chains have extendend flexible pricing for 2008,the WIN rate offered via the GDS systems will be flexed to reflect the BAR (Best Available Rate of the Day) being offered by the individual hotels.

INTERCONTINENTAL HOTE GROUP-BEST FLEXIBLE RATE(BFR) at 3,500 HOTELS

Intercontinental,Crowne Plaza,Holiday Inn,Express by Holiday Inn,Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites.

If you book through the GDS,IHG Central Reservations or the IHG website,requesting the WYN rate at IHG properties you can be assured that you will receive the best available unrestricted rate for that room type at the time of reservations.Whilst there may also be lower rates available,these will however,require payment at time of booking or be non-refundable.Please check at time of reservation that you are receiving the lowest and most suitable rate available for your client.The Best Flexible Rate (BFR) will not be undercut by the hotel or any third party website and will not be undercut by the hotel or any third party website and will always be displayed first on the GDS.The Best Flexible Rate (BFR) applies to hotels in the Intercontinental,Crowne Plaza,Holiday inn,Express by Holiday Inn,Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites brands.

Hilton Conrad,Doubletree,Embassy Suites Hotels,Hampton Inn,Hampton Inn & Suites,Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Company and Homewood Suites by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Collection.

The Hilton Family of Brands will offer the Best Rate of the Day to Advantage Travel Centres member agents.Hilton rates are dynamic and could change depending on stay pattern,seasonality,demand/supply etc. Plesae note That Hilton brands do not have corporate or rack rates.

When you book via the WYN rate access code you will have confidence that you or your client will not find a lower, non-negotiated, un-fenced rate on any third party site.If you find one within 24 hours of your booking,please go to www.HiltonFamily.com and follow the directions to invoke the Best rate Guarantee on behalf of your client.The Hilton Family of brands include Hilton,Conrad,Doubletree,Embassy Suites Hotels, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garde Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Company and Homewood Suites by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Collection.
